EducationB2B operations

The platform's own website is the source for its membership routes, eligibility process and operating rules. A company-services discussion with IESG is a separate route from an application for platform membership.

ICEQC application support

IESG provides ICEQC application support within its applicable authorisation. Use the official partner verification service to check the activities and coverage relevant to your institution.

The authorisation defines our permitted support activities. ICEQC controls its standards, certification decisions and certificate status.

Agreements and decisions

The organisation named in an agreement is responsible for the commitments it accepts. A referral to another provider does not, by itself, make IESG a party to that provider's contract. An institutional partnership requires the participating organisations to agree its terms through their authorised representatives.

The relevant service, platform or application documentation identifies the provider, payment arrangements, information responsibilities and decision-making authority. Check those details before accepting an arrangement.

Names, marks and information

A third-party name or link identifies the relationship or resource being discussed. It does not imply ownership, endorsement or authority beyond that relationship. Certification claims and marks must relate to the correct holder and scope.

Different organisations may handle personal information for different purposes. Read the privacy notice and information-sharing arrangements relevant to the activity you are undertaking.
