Contact IESG about personal information handled by the company. You can use this form or email privacy@iepx.org.

Requests and concerns

Tell us if you want to ask about access to information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, an objection to use or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can also raise a concern about how information has been handled.

The rights and response available depend on the information, purpose and applicable law. You do not need to select a legal provision to explain your request.

Use the name relevant to the information you want us to locate.

Describe what you want us to do and the service or interaction concerned. Relevant dates or an existing reference can help locate the information.

Acting for someone else — optional

Explain the relationship and the authority under which you are contacting us. Please do not attach identity or authority documents to the initial form.

Identity and authority

We may need proportionate information to establish identity, authority or the records concerned. Where that is necessary, we will explain the purpose and an appropriate transfer route.

Do not send a passport, full identification document or unrelated personal record with the first message. We request only the information needed to handle the matter responsibly.

What happens after receipt

We consider the request, identify any clarification needed and respond under the applicable requirements. If we cannot complete a request in the form sought, we explain the reason and the relevant next route.

An enquiry relating to a different organisation may need to be directed to that organisation's privacy contact. IESG's involvement in an operating or support activity does not make it the controller of every record held by a platform or certification body.
