The services institutions rely on

Education institutions use technology, information, administrative and specialist professional services in many parts of their operations. A useful cooperation proposal explains the task the service performs, the users it serves and the evidence of capability behind it.

A service category is only a starting point. Institutions also need to understand the provider's legal identity, delivery model, geographic scope and responsibility for the result.

Define the institutional requirement

Describe the problem your service addresses and the institutional team that would use it. Explain implementation needs, ongoing support, dependencies and what the institution would need to supply.

For a potential pilot, identify what would be tested, how success would be reviewed and what would happen to information and access at the end. A demonstration should not be mistaken for an institutional procurement decision.

Eligible organisations can explore EducationB2B for relevant partnership and professional-network activity. The platform's current information explains the service-partner route and any participation requirements.

IESG's role in platform operations does not mean the company supplies, approves or guarantees every service described by a participating organisation.

Cooperating on an institutional project

A proposed contribution to an IESG engagement needs its own scope and responsibility arrangements. State the expertise offered, the people who would perform the work and the output for which your organisation would accept responsibility.

Where the work requires professional permissions or an external authorisation, identify that basis. The company relationship cannot create permissions held by a different body.

Work with IESG

Establish delivery and information responsibilities

The cooperation agreement identifies the parties, activities, dependencies, information use, access rights and arrangements for problems or changes. Provide technical or professional specifications that let the institution assess the contribution offered.

If personal or confidential material is required, explain why and how it will be handled. A procurement or pilot discussion should not require unrestricted access to learner records without an appropriate purpose and arrangement.

Declare relevant interests

Tell the institution and IESG about referral payments, shared ownership, existing advisory work or another interest material to the proposed role. A disclosed relationship can be considered and managed; an undisclosed one can undermine an otherwise useful engagement.

Conflicts and referrals

Prepare a proposal that can be assessed

Include a concise account of the service, legal entity, institutional use case, delivery capability and proposed form of cooperation. Links to public specifications or appropriate professional information are more useful than unsupported claims of universal suitability.

Our partnership-brief guide provides a structure for recording objectives and responsibilities before a discussion progresses.
