The entire day is reserved for direct business conversations. There are no institutional introductions, speeches, panels, training sessions or closing presentations.
Meeting Slots
- 12 formal meeting slots for Provider and Agent representatives
- Up to 8 formal meetings for Service Provider representatives
- Each meeting lasts 25 minutes
- Five minutes are reserved for table changes
Networking Lunch
Lunch is an open business networking session for continuing conversations and arranging additional meetings.
Final Open Exchange
The final session is reserved for follow-up conversations, extended meetings, new introductions and confirming next steps.
