What is IEPX City Exchange?+
It is a two-day, one-night city event combining institutional introductions with a full business day.
Who can attend?+
Education providers, agents / distributors and selected service providers.
Do I apply before payment?+
Yes. Applications are reviewed before payment details are issued.
What does IEPX review?+
IEPX reviews authenticity, role classification, business relevance and representative identity.
Does IEPX manually match participants?+
No. Participants request and accept meetings directly.
Does IEPX use AI matching?+
No. The system supports scheduling, but participants decide whom to meet.
When do meeting requests open?+
Meeting requests open after institutional introductions on Day 1.
How many meetings can I have?+
Provider and Agent representatives can access up to 12 meeting slots. Service Provider representatives can access up to 8 formal meetings.
Are meetings guaranteed?+
No. Meetings depend on mutual acceptance and availability.
Can multiple representatives attend?+
Yes. Additional representatives can register and receive separate meeting schedules.
Does IEPX book hotel rooms?+
No. Participants book and pay for their own accommodation through the provided group link or code.
Does IEPX handle commissions or contracts?+
No. Participants manage their own contracts, payments, commissions and delivery.
What happens if the event is cancelled?+
If IEPX cancels the event, paid fees are handled according to the event terms.
