Meetings are requested, accepted and scheduled directly.
Participants choose whom they want to meet. Meetings are confirmed only when the other organisation accepts.

Accept / Decline
- Accepted requests move into scheduling
- Declined requests do not reveal contact information
- Participants are not required to explain every decline
